Every project brief I write fits on one screen: codename, objective, result we are aiming for, and what we will not do.
One screen or it is not a brief
A loading screen gives you everything you need before the match starts, in the time it takes to load. I hold briefs to the same rule. If it needs scrolling, we are not done deciding.
The four fields
Codename, objective, the result we are aiming for, and one line on what we will not do. That last line saves more time than the other three together.
