Briefing
I design the thing, then I build it.
I started in 2015 at a small news startup, shipping editorial apps every week. It taught me that a released thing beats a perfect thing, and that the people using it will tell you what is wrong faster than any review.
Since then I have designed banking apps, grid dashboards, a design system for nine teams and a hardware launch. The common thread is a brief that fits on one screen, and a result we can measure.
Since 2023 I have worked independently: four missions a year, start to finish, with a small crew when a mission needs one. I work in Figma and in the codebase, so what we agree on is what ships.

CH 02
Iris ran the kickoff like a mission briefing. By lunch we had one goal, one owner per decision and a date nobody argued with.

She designed it, then opened the pull request herself. Nothing got lost between Figma and production.

Our operators stopped squinting. That sounds small until you run a grid at 3 a.m.

Nine teams, one system, and docs people actually read. I did not think the last part was possible.
Dev Raman

She rode the early sailing four times before drawing a screen. The booking flow feels like it was made on the dock.

Nine weeks from no name to a sold-out first run. The brand still looks right on the side of a robot.
