The situation

Tidal Lines runs nine routes between four islands. Booking a car and a cabin meant three separate forms and a phone call when the vehicle height was unusual.

The approach

One screen now holds the whole trip: sailings as a timeline, vehicles as a picker with real dimensions, and cabins as a deck plan. I rode the 06:40 sailing four times to watch people book at the terminal.

What changed

A return with a car now takes 90 seconds instead of six minutes, and phone bookings dropped 41%.
