Parallax had grown to nine product teams, and each had its own buttons, spacing and opinions. A rebrand quoted at three months kept slipping.

Tokens first, then 140 components in Figma and React from the same source, with docs written for the engineer who joins next month.

What changed

The rebrand shipped in nine days, and design-to-code drift fell to near zero.
